The Invisalign Treatment Process
Step 1
Book Your First
Consultation
We will begin by examining your smile to determine if Invisalign is right for you. Next, we will use a digital scanner to create a 3D preview of what your smile might look like after treatment.
Step 2
Develop a Custom
Treatment Plan
Based on your consultation and smile goals, we will map out an Invisalign treatment plan with timelines. Your plan will include the exact movement of your teeth to occur with each set of aligners.
Step 3
Start Your Custom
Treatment Plan
We will make a series of custom aligners for you. You will wear them daily, removing them to eat, brush and floss. As your treatment progresses, your aligners will shift your teeth into the correct positions.
Step 4
Switch Your Aligners
Every Two Weeks
Approximately every two weeks, you will switch to the next set of clear aligners. You will also have brief checkups with us to review your progress, typically every six weeks or so.
Step 5
Maintain Your
Smile After Treatment
It's an exciting day when you reach the end of your treatment! When you visit us for your final appointment, we may prescribe retainers to keep your teeth in their new positions.
